Oh, yeah, I get that all the time

Krista is a diva. We all know this.  Still, sometimes the things that she says or does still leave me speechless.  Last Sunday when the manicurist complemented her on her eyes, she said yeah, I get that all the time.  Not thank you, but - Oh I get that all the time.  She has the world's highest opinion of herself, and I don't know if that is a good thing or bad LOL.

I know self esteem is essential, but my girl has enough for the entire family.  I guess it may be a good thing to start off with an excess of confidence, so when the world tries its best to bring you down, you have enough reserve to come out on top.  There will be nothing that this girl is not convinced she will be the best at. When a camera comes out, she is posing.  I don't mean just a smile, but full on photo shoot posing.  Its like she was made for the spotlight.  She definitely does NOT get that from me, and as much as Donnie had a high opinion of himself, he was not one to stop for the cameras or seek any type of attention.

This child will prance around the house in a skirt and tank top with all the accessories.  Every chance she gets she is wearing my shoes - the heels that I NEVER wear, around the house. Posing, blowing kisses, singing into a spoon or spatula.  It is never ending.  The highlight of her first cheerleading competition was getting to put on make up for the first time - and it wasn't even that much, but it made her feel so special.  Then of course once she got the taste of performing in front of people, well lets just say she is not planning on stopping.  Lights, Camera, action will be her cue, I just know it.

In the next few months, we hope that she can show her stuff with some jobs in the modeling/talent industry.  We are finally finishing up the process of getting her (and the boys) portfolios and comp cards done with their agent.  Hopefully we will see some good stuff from my drama/diva queen.

So as the mother to a future superstar, I promise she will not forget all those who helped her get there haha. (And she better not forget to thank her mama!)
